Alright you lucky lot, this Sat we have an extra exciting instalment of this is not a cookbook so I’m warming you up a bit.

For anyone that has followed me for a while you will know I am a fan of a good hand-crafted knife. Last weekend I drove down and also up to see my mate Tim also known as @Clementknives Seeing him in action was insane, he truly is a master of his craft and I have a whole new appreciation for his art.
